## Who this is for

Engineering leaders, platform teams and L&D functions who need people fluent in AI infrastructure rather than certified in it.

## What the pilot is

- Run a cohort of your engineers through structured learning paths — model serving, vector databases, fine-tuning, monitoring.
- We build the paths around your actual stack, not a generic curriculum.
- You see where your team is genuinely weak, with evidence rather than self-assessment.

## A good fit if

You have 5+ engineers who need to build on AI infrastructure and no coherent way to get them there.
